About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SQL Developer with strong communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex SQL queries, ensuring high performance and reliability of our database systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions .
  • Work with different database schemas such as fact/dimension tables and snowflake schema.
  • Implement data normalization techniques to ensure data integrity.
  • Perform table joins, write case statements, CTEs, and window functions as needed.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize and tune SQL queries for performance improvement.
  • Support data migration, ETL processes, and troubleshooting of database-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in MS SQL Development .
  • Strong knowledge of SQL query writing, debugging, and performance tuning .
  • Proficiency in normalization techniques and database schema design .
  • Experience with joins, case statements, CTEs, window functions , and advanced SQL concepts.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (fact and dimension tables, snowflake schema).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills .
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

  • Experience with ETL tools and BI reporting.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure SQL Database or AWS RDS .
