Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer (B2B Industry, 8+ Years of Experience)

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 8+ years in the B2B industry. This role involves leading design initiatives, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with teams to produce impactful visual content across various formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Leadership & Team Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering creativity and excellence.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams on design strategies.
  1. Creative Design & Conceptualization:
  • Design content for white papers, one-pagers, PPTs, videos, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Develop UI/UX designs for web pages, ensuring visually appealing and user-friendly layouts.
  1. Content Development & Video Production:
  • Create and edit promotional, educational, and social media videos.
  • Use advanced video editing techniques for high-quality content.
  1. Brand Identity & Consistency:
  • Ensure brand consistency across online and offline materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, including logos, typography, and color schemes.
  1. Project Management & Quality Assurance:
  • Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B graphic design.
  • Proven leadership experience with a strong design portfolio.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe XD, Figma, 3ds Max, and Microsoft Office.
  • Skilled in online tools like Canva, Microsoft Designer, and AI tools such as Bing Image Creator, Ideogram, Stable Diffusion, Leopard, Runway, and Pika.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML and UI/UX design.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality output.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.
