Job Overview:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to support our influencer initiatives across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more. You'll help discover new talent, coordinate collaborations, manage outreach, and track performance.
Responsibilities:
Influencer Discovery & Outreach:
- Research and identify relevant influencers that align with our brand values.
- Reach out to influencers, pitch collaboration ideas, and maintain timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and update influencer databases regularly.
Campaign Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns.
- Coordinate sample/product dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules.
- Share creative briefs and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
Content & Engagement Tracking:
- Track influencer posts and compile content for internal and external use.
- Monitor engagement and compile performance reports.
- Assist in UGC collection and content approvals.
Relationship Management:
- Help build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
- Ensure timely communication and manage basic negotiation within set budgets.
Cross-team Support:
- Collaborate with social media, content, and performance marketing teams for content amplification.
- Support influencer gifting and event campaigns (if applicable).
Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related fields.
- Passionate about content, creators, and the influencer ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous internship or freelance work in influencer marketing or social media.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
