We cater to clients across industries such as automotive, IT, law, banking, pharmaceuticals, aviation, and more.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Assistant to manage and deliver language services projects efficiently, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and monitor translation, interpretation, and localization projects from initiation to completion.Liaise with clients to understand requirements and ensure clarity in deliverables.Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and vendors to allocate resources effectively.Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.Maintain project documentation and prepare progress/status reports.Track budgets, costs, and timelines, escalating issues when necessary.RequirementsGraduate in languages, business administration, or related fields.Minimum 5 years’ experience in project coordination (preferably in language services or related industries).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CAT tools/DTP software preferred.What We OfferOpportunity to work with reputed domestic and international clients.Exposure to diverse projects across multiple industries.A collaborative and professional work environment.Apply at:
