Product Engineering DNA: Ability to translate complex business needs into impactful, sustainable engineering outcomes. People Management Excellence: Strong mentorship, performance management, and culture-building experience. Performance & Scalability: Proven experience in optimizing systems, infrastructure, and processes for speed and reliability. Decisive Leadership: Ability to make quick, data-informed decisions and execute with confidence. Travel Flexibility: Open to travel based on business or project needs.
