Our goal is to make creativity joyful, approachable, and part of everyday life.Role SummaryWe’re looking for a Junior Designer on a freelance basis to bring Pause Project’s playful and crafty visual identity to life across packaging, digital, and offline touch points. Success in this role means creating designs that feel fresh, inviting, and cohesive, while helping us build a recognizable and loveable brand.How this role fits inAs one of our first design collaborators, you’ll play a key role in shaping how people see, touch, and interact with Pause Project. Your work will directly impact customer experiences, from the moment they unbox a kit to the way they discover us online.Responsibilities• Develop and adapt brand design elements, including logo applications, color palette, and typography.• Design packaging for DIY kits and other products, ensuring consistency and delight.• Create digital assets for social media, emailers, and ads.Qualifications• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, or similar).• Strong sense of color, layout, and typography with an eye for playful yet polished design.• Prior experience with packaging and/or branding projects is a plus.• Ability to take feedback constructively and adapt quickly.• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage timelines independently.• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and a feel for lifestyle branding.✨ If you’re excited about building a brand from the ground up and enjoy working on fun, crafty, and aesthetic projects, we’d love to hear from you.Please send your portfolio to
