Job Role: Network Voice Engineer
Job Location: Chennai/Hyderabad
Exp Range: 8 Years to 10 Years
Required Technical Skills: Call Manager, Voice Gateways, CUCM.
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):
Responsible for design, implementation and delivery of our cisco voice system
Responsible for customization / Programming of Cisco CUCM , Cisco Unified CM Console, CUCM Publisher, CUBES
Support and maintain CUPS, CER Publisher, Unity Connection Publisher, SIP Proxy, DSP & VXML Gateway
Experience in Ingress/Egress Gateway (CUBE)
Knowledge of Cisco unified contact center Enterprise (UCCE), Cisco Unified Communication Manager solution and CUBE.
Scripting experience Cisco tool set including UCCE/UCCX, Call manager
Expertise on configuration and administration of contact center features
Excellent Knowledge in Voice Gateway and SBC
