We’re Hiring forLead Analyst – HR Accounting (CA or CA Inter - General Ledger (GL), R2 R, Journal Entries, Financial Reporting)CTC: Up to 22 LPA | Location: Pune, India | Experience: 6 - 11 YearsType: Full-Time | Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Night Shift Allowances Provided)Are you a strong accounting professional with hands-on experience in Indian Accounting Standards, GL Accounting, and Record-to-Report (R2 R)?A leading global organization is expanding its Finance & HR Accounting team and is looking for a highly skilled Lead Analyst – HR Accounting to manage critical GL processes, financial reporting, and global coordination.Key Requirements (Must-Haves):CA or CA Inter (Only Preferred)6–11 years of strong experience in Accounting & FinanceHands-on experience with Indian Accounting StandardsExpertise in: General Ledger (GL), R2 R, Journal Entries, Financial ReportingExcellent verbal & written communication skillsExperience in HR or payroll accounting is good to have (not mandatory)Comfortable working in a night-shift hybrid setupRoles & Responsibilities:Record and process journal entries for HR-related transactions in line with accounting standardsPrepare and analyze financial statements with variance analysis & supporting schedulesSupport incentive accrual processes with global team coordinationPerform GL reconciliations, balance sheet reviews & ensure compliance with internal controlsHandle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activitiesResolve discrepancies in Payroll GL interfaces and other financial operationsUpdate and maintain financial data across systems and applicationsCollaborate with global teams for data inputs and accurate reportingLead day-to-day accounting issue resolution and provide analytical insightsSupport ad hoc reporting, analysis, and audit-driven activitiesWhy This Opportunity?Work with a global finance teamHybrid working with night shift allowancesOpportunity to lead end-to-end accounting excellenceGrowth-oriented & stable global work environmentInterested ? - Apply Now
