Join us in our journey of measuring progress to power human progress worldwide.ETS is seeking a knowledgeable and highly motivated professional with experience in Instructional Design and content development to support online assessments and certification operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing, designing, and developing training materials using industry-standard authoring tools, while ensuring that all deliverables meet quality and organizational standards.Primary Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business operations partners to identify and address training needs.- Design, develop, and update training curriculum to ensure relevance and effectiveness.- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) end-to-end, including content administration and reporting.- Support the revision, maintenance, and delivery of existing courses and operational manuals.- Develop assessments, knowledge checks, and quizzes to measure training effectiveness.- Contribute to the creation and delivery of customer service soft skills training and coaching tools.- Establish and maintain an annual process for content review and updates.- Undertake other duties and participate in ad-hoc special projects as required.Required Experience:- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.- In-depth knowledge of learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and design principles.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in instructional design tools such as Articulate, Storyline, Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia, and Adobe Suite.- Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, and Outlook.- Experience with video creation and editing tools.Education and Experience:- BA/BSc degree in instructional design, business, education, or similar relevant field preferred.- 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design- 5+ years of experience using industry standard design software and course authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Storyline, or Captivate- Previous experience with training programs for customer service and technical roles- Classroom and virtual facilitation experience are a plus- Shift timings 4:30 pm IST to 1:30 am IST.
