You’ll work on core services in a fast-paced environment using microservices and event-driven architectures.What You’ll DoDesign, build, and scale microservices using Java and Spring BootDevelop and manage event-driven systems using Apache KafkaDesign database schemas and optimize MySQL queries for performanceDeploy and manage containerized services using Kubernetes (K8s) and ArgoCDUse AI coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot) to speed up developmentWrite and maintain unit and integration tests for owned modulesWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of backend development experienceStrong expertise in Java (Core + Spring Boot)Solid experience with microservices and distributed systemsHands-on experience with Kafka and event-based architecturesStrong knowledge of MySQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization)Experience with test-driven development and Java testing frameworksStrong problem-solving skills in scalability and system designExperience using AI developer tools (GitHub Copilot or similar)Fintech experience is a strong plusNoteOnly direct applicants will be consideredNo third-party or agency submissions
