If you thrive in environments where no two days look the same, and you enjoy wearing multiple hats across sales ops, pre-sales, sales, and strategy, this role is built for you.RESPONSIBILITIESSales OperationsPrepare periodic sales pipeline, revenue reports, dashboards and conduct metric/trend analysisDrive sales operations initiatives including strategic planning, territory optimization, sales process optimization, forecastingPerform data sanctity review in CRM and execute clean-ups as requiredPopulate CRM with new sales opportunitiesEnsure effective, timely and accurate reporting to top management on key metricsManage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processesEnsure timely invoicing & collection from clientsMaintain repository for all sales-related documentsConduct market analysis research to identify sales potential as requested by leadershipAssist US-based sales team on an as-needed basisRegular analysis of inbound meetings data and maintenance of accurate records for senior leadershipRFP, Proposal & Communication ManagementRespond to RFP/RFQ/ITQ from clientsGenerate leads through outreach, networking, and strategic prospectingDevelop tailored proposals for prospectsRespond to ad-hoc client requests related to deliverablesUse data, analysis, and business acumen to identify business growth opportunitiesDocument best practices and create standardized training materialsClient Meetings & Pre-Sales SupportLiaising with prospects to gather and understand requirementsOwn end-to-end pre-sales
