We are Hiring: C++ DeveloperKey Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance C/C++ applications with strong adherence to object‑oriented principles.- Build and optimize multi‑threaded, multi‑core software components.- Implement and apply appropriate software design patterns.- Develop and integrate signaling and network streaming solutions using SIP.- Work with networking protocols including IP, TCP, and UDP.- Diagnose and resolve complex issues using debugging and profiling tools (gdb, valgrind, pcap).- Identify, analyze, and resolve performance bottlenecks and runtime issues.- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.Required Skills- Strong expertise in C/C++ programming and object‑oriented design.- Proven experience with multi‑threaded and multi‑core programming.- Solid understanding of software design patterns.- Hands‑on experience with SIP and network streaming protocols.- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP/TCP/UDP).- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using industry‑standard tools.Good to Have- Experience with the Adaptive Communication Environment (ACE) framework.- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash).Work Mode: Work From OfficeJob Location- Kolkata / Bangalore (Preferably Kolkata)Immediate Joiners Only
