Practice Areas : We have strong practices in the fields of venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, commercial contracting, and employment. Cross-border practice: We work extensively with clients from the US, UK, Europe, Singapore and Australia on cross-border transactions as well as on advisory mandates concerning their business interests in India. The Role The ideal candidate should have: 4–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate or transaction advisory work, preferably with a top-tier law firm or a boutique practice. Strong grasp of Venture Capital and M&A transactions , with a clear understanding of company law, contract law and employment law. Strong demonstrable interest in at least two of the industries that GLA does a lot of work in . An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to own and drive projects independently, while being able to also mentor younger lawyers, and also being able to contribute to the firm’s thought leadership initiatives.
