To support the function of Incentives & Policy Management, the role includes the following core technical responsibilities: suggesting policy amendments, renewals, or modifications to industry bodies and government; ensuring timely review of all relevant policies and submission of the company’s viewpoints; and conducting meetings with stakeholders to ensure the inclusion of points from the company.

Key Accountabilities :

Policy Recommendations to Industry Bodies and Government

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of existing policies.
  • Propose amendments, renewals, or modifications that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to ensure recommendations are well-informed and impactful.

Timely Policy Review and Submission of Company’s Perspective

  • Monitor timelines for policy reviews to ensure no deadlines are missed.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to gather insights and feedback.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive documents reflecting the company’s stance on policy matters.

Stakeholder Engagement for Policy Advocacy

  • Organize and participate in meetings with industry and government stakeholders.
  • Present and advocate for the company’s viewpoints effectively.
  • Build relationships and negotiate to ensure favorable consideration of the company’s interests.

Key Success Factors:

  • Thorough Research & Analysis : Deep understanding of policy frameworks and industry trends to support well-founded recommendations.
  • Effective Communication : Clear, persuasive articulation of the company’s position to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and influence in policy discussions.
  • Strategic Collaboration : Seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners to drive policy outcomes that benefit the organization.

Education background :

  • MLL/LLB/MBA or equivalent professional qualification with 7-10 year of experience

Relevant Experience :

  • Ex government employee
  • Experience in Policy drafting
  • Experience of working with Government Industrial department
