Request you to to read the JD thoroughly and apply.Responsibilities:Recognize business requirements in the context of BI and create/modify data models, transforming raw data into relevant insightsOptimize the performance of existing Power BI solutions and find room for improvement, driving faster response times and flexible outcomes, allowing data exception adjustments to be integrated accordinglyTroubleshoot & resolve issues, ensuring the reliability and scalability of the Power BI environmentEnhance the homegrown sales compensation reporting process developed within Power BICompile information from various databases and data systems, so that collected data can be integrated, modified and applied for analysisDevelop reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations to help users clearly understand complex dataQualifications:5+ years' experience building and managing Power BI reports & data sourcesWell-versed in the Power BI technology & understanding of the Microsoft BI stackProficient in advanced-level computations on data setsMastery in data analyticsBe familiar with MS SQL Server BI Stack tools and technologies, such as SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, and DAXFamiliar with Salesforce softwareMust be able to work independentlyProven organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detailA bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Operations or related quantitative field OR relevant experience
