About the Role:


As an OBIEE Developer you'll work closely with our team to develop, support, and maintain OBIEE12c/OAS repository models, reports, and dashboards. You'll leverage your expertise in ETL & ELT technologies, Oracle BI Application (OBIA), OBIEE reporting, and data modelling techniques to create data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ETL & ELT processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and other ETL tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop OBIEE reports and dashboards that drive business decisions.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on best practices for ETL development and OBIEE repository design.
  • Recommend and implement patches and PSU's for OBIA and OBIEE/OAS.
  • Install and configure OBIEE in a cluster setup.
  • Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data marts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve OBIEE-related issues.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on OBIEE reporting and dashboard usage.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest OBIEE and ODI features and technologies.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) development and administration.

• Strong understanding of SQL and other DB languages, including stored procedures, views, and data warehousing concepts.

• Extensive hands-on technical expertise with ETL & ELT technologies, Oracle BI Application (OBIA), OBIEE reporting, and data modelling techniques.

• Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and other ETL tools.

• Strong data manipulation and report building skills.

• Excellent understanding of PSU's and CPU's patches in relation to OBIA and OBIEE/OAS.

• Knowledge of DAC Administration Console.

• Analytical and implementation/development experience on Oracle Business Intelligence and Oracle Data Integrator.
