People Leadership & Talent DevelopmentQualifications:• 20–25 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in education, institutional services, orlargescale corporate operations.• Demonstrated success in turning around businesses, driving global expansion, and managinglarge P&L responsibilities.• Proven expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and process transformation.• Strong experience in stakeholder management, global collaborations, and infrastructuredelivery.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and change leadership skills.• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
