Senior Product Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage platform products in close collaboration with product and engineering teams, taking full ownership of product metrics and driving performance.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, operations, and marketing, to align on strategy and ensure smooth execution.
Communicate effectively regarding initiative risks, achievements, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Quickly ramp up and become a subject matter expert on emerging technical capabilities, with a focus on the circular economy, digital transformation, and AI.
Deliver technical and strategic presentations confidently to stakeholders at various levels, from C-suite to executive audiences.
Exhibit a strong customer focus, acting as an advocate to ensure that customer requirements, challenges, and feedback are addressed and resolved.
Gather and convey critical feedback, insights, and customer requirements to refine the solution, enhance customer value, and drive overall adoption and usage.
Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence in Recykal’s offerings.
Qualifications
Proven track record of achieving rapid growth in B2B markets within India; prior experience in SaaS or platform products is a strong advantage.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management.
Passion for making a positive impact on the world through technology.
Strong technical aptitude, exceptional communication abilities, and creative problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and self-direct in fast-paced, dynamic projects.
Ability to leverage user insights, data, and statistical analysis to make informed product decisions.
Instinct for designing intuitive and user-centric experiences.
Resourceful, innovative, and driven to learn continuously.
Requirements
Experience in leading product teams and managing product lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Design, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
Willingness to work from or relocate to Hyderabad, India.
