We're now seeking a Social Media Community Engagement Specialist to join our marketing team and help us grow our online presence and brand engagement.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and professional individual who will manage our online community presence and build meaningful relationships with prospective customers through social platforms. This is a highly interactive role focused on commenting, responding, messaging, and engaging across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and other relevant platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage with followers, leads, and community groups across all major platforms
Answer questions, provide support, and guide potential customers to Sapience offerings
Build strong relationships through authentic and helpful online interactions
Identify opportunities for brand engagement in community conversations and educational groups
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align messaging and strategy
Report on community engagement trends and suggest improvements
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English with professional and friendly tone
Must have a working computer, reliable internet , and a headset
Previous experience in community engagement or customer-facing roles preferred
Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In)
Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations efficiently
Graduate from IIM (Indian Institute of Management) strongly preferred
What We Offer
$1,500 per month salary
20% Annual Bonus, paid every 6 months
