This role will be primarily responsible for sustaining, optimizing, and scaling our Salesforce platform, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Sales Operations and IT to drive adoption, improve data quality, deliver automation, and align Salesforce with business strategy. The position is based in Chennai or Bengaluru, India.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as theSalesforce administrator , overseeing org configuration, security model, and platform optimization.Design, build, and maintain automation usingSalesforce Flowsfor complex business processes across Sales and Marketing.Develop and maintaincustom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and Lightning appsto support evolving business needs.Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops to build impactfulreports and dashboardsthat improve pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.Managedata quality initiatives : deduplication, cleansing, validation, and stewardship using Data Loader or otherdata hygiene toolsto ensure trusted reporting.Support and enhanceintegrationswith GTM tools (e.g., People.ai, Seismic, Outreach, etc.), ensuring reliable syncs and scalability.Work with IT and vendors to manage upgrades and troubleshoot issues.Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging features, and architectural best practices to ensure the platform supports global growth.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s Degreein Computer Science, Information Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).4+ years of Salesforce administration experiencein mid-to-large scale orgs (multi-team/global environment preferred).SalesforceAdministrator certification required ; Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications strongly preferred.Deep hands-on experience withSalesforce Flowsand Lightning App Builder; proven track record of replacing legacy Workflow/Process Builder automations.Strong understanding of data modeling, sharing architecture, role hierarchies, and Salesforce security best practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a focus on usability and operational efficiency.Excellent communication skills, able to partner with both technical and business stakeholders.Why You’ll Love This Role:You’ll be theSalesforce expertdriving one of our most critical platforms, directly influencing how GTM teams operate and succeed.You’ll collaborate with smart, supportive teammates across Sales, Marketing, and IT.You’ll shape how Salesforce is leveraged with cutting-edge GTM technologies to fuel growth, efficiency, and customer success.
