This full-time, on-site role involves analyzing business processes, delivering expert consulting services, and supporting customer experience solutions. You will be responsible for interpreting client requirements, configuring SAP C4C solutions, and ensuring successful implementations. A key part of the role is bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and project success.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and support core SAP C4C processes for Sales and ServiceConfigure and customize SAP C4C solutions using the SAP C4C SDKCollaborate with clients to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutionsFacilitate integration between SAP C4C and other SAP or third-party systemsLead client workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure alignment and transparencyRequired QualificationsStrong analytical skills and deep understanding of core business processes of SAP C4C Sales and ServiceExcellent communication and consulting capabilitiesProven track record in SAP C4C Sales and Service implementation and configurationTechnical proficiency in SAP C4C SDKBachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related fieldAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamDemonstrated success in client-facing rolesGood to have SAP certification in SAP C4C sales or service.Company Overview: MBNS Consultancy Private LimitedMBNS Consultancy Pvt.
