Website: Instagram: sanctuary_living Looking for a creative, hardworking and organised person to join our team JOB SUMMARY This is a full time on-site role for a Production Merchandiser. You will manage and optimize the production and supply chain process, from raw materials sourcing to product delivery. You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, managing production timelines, and ensuring product quality. Additionally, you will integrate tools like *Shiprocket* for shipping logistics, *Shopify* for e-commerce management, and maintain *Vendor Ledgers* for tracking payments and supplier accounts. This role requires a hands-on, tech-savvy individual who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.  You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills with an ability to multitask and pay attention to detail. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Production & Process Management: - Oversee the end-to-end production process for products, ensuring efficient workflow from design to final product delivery. - Develop and manage production schedules, aligning with product launches and ongoing demand. - Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure product specifications meet production capabilities. - Supplier & Vendor Relations: - provide requirement for fabrics, trims, and other materials, ensuring cost efficiency and quality. - Maintain and update the *Vendor Ledgers*, ensuring all supplier payments and transactions are recorded, tracked, and aligned with budgetary goals. - Manage relationship with production team, ensuring timely production and delivery. - E-commerce Integration (Shopify): - Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure product availability on *Shopify*, syncing production and inventory levels with the online store. - Monitor product SKUs, descriptions, and availability on Shopify, ensuring timely updates after production and new launches. - Coordinate inventory syncs between Shopify and warehouses to avoid stockouts or overstock situations. - Shipping & Logistics Management (Shiprocket): - Coordinate the shipment of finished goods using *Shiprocket*, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to customers. - Liaise with third-party logistics (3 PL) providers and manage shipping timelines, costs, and delivery performance. - Monitor shipping KPIs (delivery time, cost, customer satisfaction) and address any logistical challenges that arise. - Inventory & Stock Management: - Manage stock levels and ensure production schedules align with sales forecasts and inventory needs. - Regularly update inventory management systems, ensuring proper coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and e-commerce operations. -Maintain Stock Replinishment sheet for multiple stores. - Quality Control: - Oversee quality checks during and after production before customer’s order dispatch. - Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with the team to ensure production aligns with the brand's growth strategy and product pipeline. - Provide timely updates to all stakeholders on production progress, potential delays, and logistics. KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Educational Background:  Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Fashion, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience:  -1-2 years of experience in production merchandising - Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, logistics tools like Shiprocket, and managing Vendor Ledgers is a plus. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Shopify for e-commerce management, including syncing inventory, product listings, and sales reports. - Experience with Shiprocket for managing shipping and logistics, including tracking shipments, shipping cost optimization, and 3 PL coordination. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets. Startup Mindset: - Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently, while also working well in a collaborative team. - Strong attention to detail, with a focus on product quality and customer satisfaction.
