Our Activity Centre is the creative heart of our school, offering children opportunities to explore dance, music, art, self-expression, and performance-based learning in a joyful environment.Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate, energetic, and multi-talented Dance Teacher who can lead dance sessions for preschool and primary children while also contributing to music, visual arts, and cultural activities.The ideal candidate is creative, patient, child-friendly, and enthusiastic, with the ability to make every class fun, engaging, and educational.Key ResponsibilitiesDance & Movement- Conduct regular dance classes for children from Toddler to Grade 5.- Plan age-appropriate choreography for school events, assemblies, celebrations, and annual performances.- Teach a variety of dance forms such as- Creative movement- Bollywood- Folk dance- Contemporary & freestyleCreative Arts Contribution(Preferred but not mandatory)- Support music classes—basic rhythm, singing, or instrument activities.- Assist in art and craft sessions—drawing, painting, clay modeling, and themed activities.- Lead activity days, theme celebrations, cultural programs, and parent engagement events.Classroom Management- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for young learners.- Ensure all children feel confident and motivated during activities.- Coordinate with class teachers for integrated learning themes.School Events- Prepare students for performances during:- Annual Day- Independence Day- Diwali, Holi & other cultural festivals- Special assemblies- Community eventsProfessional Collaboration- Work closely with the Activity Centre team.- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the school's performing arts offerings.- Participate in curriculum planning and training sessions.Qualifications & Skills- Degree or certification in Dance/Performing Arts (preferred).- Strong background in dance; ability to teach multiple styles.- Additional talent in music, drawing, drama, or craft is a major advantage.- Excellent communication skills and child-friendly personality.- Ability to manage young learners with patience and warmth.- Passion for holistic education and performing arts.What We Offer- A vibrant, creative work environment- Opportunity to shape a premium activity center- Professional growth and training- Competitive compensation- Supportive, modern school infrastructureHow to ApplySend your resume and a short introduction video (optional) showing your talent to:
