Our client is a fund management company and is one of the most progressive and dynamic firms, specialising in Indian equities based in the vibrant city of Abu Dhabi. We are exclusively seeking an accountant with at least 5 years’ experience working specifically within a fund management firm. Candidates from outside the fund management sector will not be considered, as this role demands expertise specific to fund operations and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee fund accounting, financial operations, and NAV calculations, ensuring alignment with Indian and Abu Dhabi regulatory standards.
• Provide strategic financial leadership, streamline processes, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Manage multi-jurisdictional tax obligations, supporting financial efficiency and accountability.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a fund management firm; experience in other industries will not be considered.
• Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Indian equities, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements for Indian and Abu Dhabi markets.
