During this process, it is essential to ensure that Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) align with our defined targets. Close coordination with Sales, Suppliers, and the Factory is necessary to ensure customers are serviced on timeKey Responsibilities:Coordinate actions leading for uninterrupted material flow with the help of supply chain and purchasing and shared operations for the channel groupCoordinate communications at all levels, union and others as part of weekly, monthly and quarterly planned schedules.Adhere to and improve awareness of health & safety and environment issues - compliance with ISO14000, OHSAS and contemporary standardsDevelop positive team spirit and work climate, encourage and implement actions generated through WCACo-ordinate with Sales and Quality for New Product Development, Customer complaints response and action planning and Customer AuditsHigh level of personal drive and commitment in delivering resultsCo ordinate with all the team members with in Supply chain in achieving the Supply Chain KPI’sKey Competencies Required:Production planning processDemand capacity MappingKnowledge in ERP planning processSupply chain KPIInventory managementSupplier interaction and suppler performance evaluationSales performance analysisCo ordination with Factory -Sales - Supplier – Customer serviceGood communication skillsKnowledge in Quality management systemAnalytical abilityKey Interface:Sales TeamsCustomer Organization representativesUnion and employeesSuppliersInternal / External AuditorsSystem Knowledge: MS Excel / word / Power point , ERP SystemsEducation:B.E Mechanical or Industrial productionInterested candidates can share their resume to sharath.kumar.d@skf.com
