The team is expanding rapidly in Pune, and they are looking for senior backend experts to join their mission.Job DescriptionDesign, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications using Spring BootBuild and optimize RESTful APIs for high performance and scalabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, Dev Ops) for end-to-end deliveryWrite clean, efficient, testable code adhering to best practicesConduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and resolve production issuesWork with RDBMS databases for data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuningIntegrate backend services with messaging systems like Kafka, Rabbit MQ, or Azure Service BusStay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to solution improvementsMandatory Skills✔ Core Java, Spring Boot✔ REST API Development✔ Strong understanding of OOPs, Design Patterns, Microservices Architecture✔ Hands-on experience with relational databases (My SQL / Postgre SQL / any RDBMS)Good to Have / Strong PlusKafka, Rabbit MQ, or Azure Service BusGraph QL exposureExperience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelinesImportant Note (Please Read Before Applying)Do NOT apply if:You have less than 8 years of hands-on Java backend development experienceYou lack Spring Boot or REST API development expertiseYou cannot attend a Face-to-Face Interview in Pune on 22nd NovemberYou are not willing to work from Pune (Kharadi)You have experience only in support, testing, frontend, or non-Java roles✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL the mandatory criteria above.Irrelevant / mismatched applications will not be processed.
