Job Title: Makeup Faculty

Location: The Red Fox Makeup Academy, New Delhi

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹70,000 (based on experience)

Job Summary:

The Red Fox Makeup Academy is seeking an experienced and talented Makeup Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in professional makeup artistry with at least 4 years of industry experience, preferably in teaching. This role requires a passion for mentoring aspiring makeup artists and a commitment to delivering high-quality education aligned with the academy’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery:

• Teach professional makeup courses, including bridal, editorial, fashion, and special effects makeup.
• Guide students in mastering techniques such as contouring, highlighting, airbrush makeup, and advanced hairstyling (if applicable).
• Design and deliver engaging, practical, and theory-based lessons tailored to students' skill levels

1. Student Mentorship:

• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
• Inspire and motivate students to develop creativity and confidence in their artistry.
• Assist students in building professional portfolios for their careers.

1. Course Development:

• Collaborate with the management to update and refine the curriculum, keeping it aligned with current industry trends.
• Introduce innovative techniques and ensure the courses reflect global makeup artistry standards.

1. Academy Representation:

• Represent The Red Fox Makeup Academy in promotional events, workshops, and seminars.
• Build strong relationships with industry professionals to enhance students' learning experiences.

1. Operational Support:

• Ensure the makeup studio is well-maintained and equipped with necessary tools and materials.
• Coordinate with the management team for scheduling classes and student activities.
• Contribute to the academy's social media and marketing efforts by creating content or participating in campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in makeup artistry, with a preference for candidates who have teaching experience.
• Proficiency in various makeup techniques and products, including international brands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students.
• Ability to manage a classroom and adapt to different learning paces.
• Creative mindset and a passion for staying updated with the latest trends in the beauty industry.
