Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Design Engineer (BESS) at REnergy Dynamics in Aurangabad. The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing electrical systems, ensuring power distribution efficiency, and implementing electrical engineering solutions for sustainable bioenergy projects. The role involves working on-site to support the development of projects that align with the company's mission of creating a greener future.


The BESS/Electrical Design Engineer will be required to work on:

  • Sizing of BESS for standalone and hybrid/Bio CNG projects
  • Battery energy storage design; Calculation of various equipment sizing (DCDB, ACDB HVAC, PCS AND BATTERY RACK)
  • PCS sizing and BESS layout preparation
  • Utility scale RE project design
  • Preparation of BoM and cost estimation for designed system
  • Battery technology selection and battery derating analysis
  • Preparation of technical specifications and functional requirements for Power converter and EMS
  • Develop and maintain electrical drawings for components and products


Qualifications and Skillset required:

  • Experience in RE power plant design and different battery technology
  • ACAD, PVSyst
  • Techno-commercial optimization
  • MS Excel
  • Electrical Design and Design Engineering skills
  • Experience in Electrical Engineering and Power Distribution
  • Knowledge of Electricity systems
  • Ability to create effective electrical designs for sustainable projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in renewable energy projects is a plus
