WHAT YOU OFFER US As the Sr Project Manager, who would be the face of the agency for the client and your responsibilities will include: Responsible for Brand delivery performance across high volume and complex projects, alongside management responsibility. Responsibilities: Full Contract Negotiations Under supervision of the Project Director assist Client Services with pricing, setting service levels and KPIs Client Management Stakeholder communication and collaboration: Be the point of contact for Client. Work closely with Client to understand their goals and objectives. Translate them into action plans. Attend Business review meetings as required Service Improvements Responsible for Cost Savings and Service Improvement initiatives Responsible for improving client experience Process Management Working closely with Process Excellence teams in identifying opportunities and driving efficiencies (process improvement initiatives) via Lean, six sigma projects Share and implement the industry best practices New Process Transitions. Driving strong documentation (eg: process maps) across all workflows. People Management Drives the team to achieve excellence through process improvement initiatives/programme Thorough understanding and experience around aspects of people and performance management Able to win trust Willingly lends ears to listen to people to address escalation or address grievances effectively Takes complete ownership/accountability for a outcome driven systematic development of team members Project Management Manage demand and forecast. Capacity planning. Recruit, hire and onboard talent to meet capacity plans; Oversee and coordinate client escalated operational issues Ensure that the feedback from Revision analysis / star ratings are disseminated to the team members Timely flagging of issues to management Report Management Manage and maintain all client dashboards and responsible for distribution of reports Delivery Strategic planning, defining and delivering end-end to projects Liaison between delivery teams and senior Leadership team Delivery as per agreed SLA’s, Contracts and budgets. Accountable for identifying project risks and working with stakeholders on mitigating those. Implement the appropriate Governance & escalation model for all the projects/assignments. Accountable for BCP wherever applicable. Accountable for defining, monitoring and controlling the operational metrics and scorecards GREAT TO HAVE Minimum 9 years of experience as Sr PM - Strong client facing and presentation skills Inspiring people management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment Willing to work across multiple shifts and run cross border teams Committed to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail Good analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot Able to handle challenging situations and act appropriately Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask Prior knowledge of the moving image business will be an added benefit LOCATION Chennai & Bengaluru it is Should be willing to travel on when required. TIMINGS We work on 9-hour shifts that change depending on the regions you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager
