The ideal candidate will assist with system configuration, data management, and reporting, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our LMS operations.Key Responsibilities:· Assist in the administration and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management.· Have a Consultative approach towards LMS Management by providing improvement ideas and suggestions· Support data entry, data management, and data integrity within the SuccessFactors system.· Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to analyze LMS metrics and support decision-making.· Collaborate with LMS team members to streamline processes and improve user experience within the system.· Participate in user training sessions and provide support to end-users as needed.· Help troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or SuccessFactors support for resolution.Qualifications:· Basic understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, with experience in one or more modules preferred.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Familiarity with LMS processes and practices is a plus.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Education:· Bachelor’s degree in any stream, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Experience:· Previous experience in LMS or LMSIS support is a plus, but not required.Work Environment:· This position may be remote or in-office, depending on company policy.Additional Information:· Opportunities for training and professional development in SuccessFactors and other LMS technologies.This description provides a foundational understanding of what might be expected from someone with basic SuccessFactors experience in an LMS role.NIIT is an equal opportunity employer.
