Job Description: Defence Exam Instructor (Weekend Classes)

Position: Defence Exam Instructor

Employment Type: Part-Time (Weekends Only)

Compensation: Competitive and as per industry standards

Location : Dharwad, Karnataka (Preferred)

About the Role :

We seek passionate and knowledgeable instructors to prepare students for defense exams like CDS, AFCAT, NDA, and Sainik School entrance exams. As a weekend instructor, you will guide and mentor aspiring candidates, equipping them with the necessary skills and strategies to excel in their exams. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with subject matter expertise in any of the disciplines covered in these examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekend classes (online/offline) for defense exam preparation.
• Teach one or more subjects relevant to the syllabus of CDS, AFCAT, NDA, or Sainik School entrance exams (e.g., Mathematics, English, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Science, etc.).
• Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, interactive problem-solving sessions, and mock tests.
• Design and share study material, notes, and question banks tailored to the specific exam patterns.
• Monitor student progress through periodic assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest syllabus, exam patterns, and strategies for defense exam preparation.
• Motivate and mentor students to boost their confidence and performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant field (Engineering, Humanities, Sciences, or Defence Studies preferred).
• Subject Matter Expertise: Strong knowledge and understanding of subjects included in defense exams like CDS, AFCAT, NDA, or Sainik School.Prior
• teaching experience in the competitive exam coaching field is highly preferred but not compulsory Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms (if applicable for virtual classes).
