Technical Product Manager – Ride-Hailing Job Requirements:

~ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

~7+ years of experience in product development or product management roles, preferably within ride-hailing, mobility, or transportation platforms .

~ Proven experience managing B2C or B2B2C products in high-growth environments.

~ Strong technical background, with hands-on experience in software development, APIs/service integrations, and scalable web/mobile platforms .

~ Deep understanding of real-time location-based services , dispatch logic, pricing algorithms, and user experience in the ride-hailing industry.

~ Demonstrated leadership ability and experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, marketing, data).

~ Own and evolve the product roadmap for core ride-hailing components such as driver-rider matching, pricing, tracking, and post-ride experience.

Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable and efficient product solutions with a strong focus on performance and reliability.

Improve customer experience by addressing product gaps, refining user flows, and delivering intuitive and high-performing features.

Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure on-time and high-quality product releases.

Work closely with data and operations teams to monitor product performance and identify areas of improvement or innovation.
