Role - Network ArchitectYears of Experience - 8 to 12 yearsLocation - New DelhiDefine and document network design related to overall ICON platform architectureDesign network solution in line with business requirementLiaise with Architect and support partners for functional & non-functional technical requirementDevelop solution that meets scalability, resiliency and security requirementsDevelop and maintain architectural standards and best practices.Oversee and enable network solution implementation and configuration as per design and business requirementProvide technical guidance and support to ICON program team and workstreams within itDocument and define network architecture for ICON technology platformCollaboratively work with Enterprise Architect and other architects to enable ADA sign-off and represent the solution in appropriate technical forums and design discussions and where approvals are required from JLR stakeholdersAct as point of contact for network architecture related queries, concerns and best practicesObservability – Dynatrace, Operations Bridge Manager (OBM), NMMi, App Dynamic, Thousand EyesAIOPs – Helix BHOM, Splunk etc.ITSM – Helix, Service NowCloud – Azure, AWS, GCPGen AI platform – Azure GPT, Google Vertex, Amazon QNetwork LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi – Switching/Routing (Cisco, Altavista etc), Security (Cisco ASA, Paulo Alto)N/w Operations Mgmt – Cisco DNACBacklog Mgmt – JIRAProductivity Tools – MS Teams, Confluence, Share PointProject Mgmt – Planview, ClarityIDT Management TeamService Delivery & change management teams.Business domain stakeholders and customersTechnology SMEs from Network, Observability, NOC & core transformation teamIT PMOOperational TeamsJLR End consumers of Products
