With a market cap of $5Bn+, a young & dynamic workforce and an exponentially growing global solar market, Premier Energies is well placed to be the global organization for the future Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma – Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines. Experience: 4–7 years of relevant experience in Solar Cell Manufacturing or semiconductor / thin-film / process industry . Hands-on experience in cell production line operations (Diffusion, PECVD, Screen Printing, Firing, etc.). Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality tools (5S, Kaizen, RCA, SPC). Familiarity with MES/SAP systems for production tracking. Supervise and monitor cell production activities in assigned area/shift. Ensure achievement of daily production, quality, and yield targets as per plan. Coordinate with maintenance, process engineering, and quality teams to resolve line issues promptly. Analyze process data and provide inputs for yield improvement and waste reduction. Prepare and maintain daily production reports, downtime analysis, and shift handover documentation. Actively participate in problem-solving, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective action implementation.
