Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Photo Editor to join our team. You will play a key role in elevating the quality of real estate visuals, working closely with photographers to ensure every image aligns with Fotello's high standards for clarity, accuracy, and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities: Doing Revisions on edited photos Edit and enhance real estate and architectural images, including HDR and flambient photo editing. Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output, ensuring consistency across all edits. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Integrity in delivering quality work with minimal supervision. Self-driven with a strong sense of hustle and ambition. Hard Skills: Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Proficient in HDR and flambient photo editing techniques. Ability to do great white balance corrections. Skilled in color correction, removing color casts, and ensuring image accuracy. Ability to enhance images with proper exposure adjustments Ability to do precise window masking. Bright well lit edits Proficiency in sky replacement techniques Ability to sharpen, boost contrast and brightness for high-quality results. Realistic exteriors Image sharpening with bright, well-lit edits Sky replacements to enhance visual appeal. Experience with removing distractions (cords, TV screens etc.) Ability to create realistic day-to-dusk edits (a plus, but not required). Experience with virtual staging (a plus, but not required).
