Shift Boolean is looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketer to scale our lead generation and enhance our online presence. We are an expanding software development company dedicated to delivering custom solutions to a variety of industries. We value growth, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize B2B lead-generation campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and targeted email campaigns.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Improve organic search rankings through SEO best practices and collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality blogs, case studies, and landing pages.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance (CPL,conversion rates, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
- Ad Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and optimize a monthly ad budget to maximize lead quantity and quality.
- Continuous Optimization: Test new channels, messaging, and creative assets to improve performance over time.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Content Collaboration: Ability to guide and collaborate with content creators for SEO-friendly and conversion-focused materials.
- Adaptability: Comfortable experimenting with new marketing strategies, staying updated on industry trends, and quickly adapting to feedback.
Expectations & Performance Metrics:
- Lead Generation: Deliver 30–50 qualified leads/month within a defined ad budget.
- Cost Efficiency: Maintain a cost-per-lead (CPL) target of ≤ 2,000.₹
- Conversion & ROI: Continuously improve landing page conversions, click-through rates, and overall campaign ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales to ensure warm leads are promptly followed up on, closing the loop between marketing efforts and revenue outcomes.
