Senior Applications Product Manager

Five9 is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Product Manager, AI Innovation Applications to lead the development of two strategic product areas:
AI Insights – advanced analytics tools that leverage AI to extract actionable insights from customer interactions.
GenAI Platform – a management console where customers can design, test, and deploy generative AI prompts across their contact center.
This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation and customer experience. Define, prioritize, and deliver AI-powered features to drive the next generation of intelligent customer engagement
Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitor offerings and user needs, guiding the product roadmap towards differentiation and leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment or consumer applications serving millions of users.
Experience with AI/ML products (LLMs, analytics, conversational AI, or related domains)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and action.
Experience in managing beta programs, gathering user feedback, and conducting A/B testing to validate product directions.
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a product development team, work effectively across functions and lead through influence in a global team environment
