The TAC Engineer will be responsible for providing front line technical support to debug complex issues in customer production networks, specifically in the SDWAN deployments, by troubleshooting and replicating customer issues of diverse scope. The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field of study. Experience 6+ years of hands-on experience in the domain of Routing/Switching or Security troubleshooting or implementation . Troubleshooting network routing and security related issues in production networks  Replicate the customer issues in lab environment  Work with engineering teams to replicate customer issues and test possible fixes.  Work on problems of diverse scope  Create knowledge articles for subordinates and other team members  Should have a good knowledge of Routing, Switching or Security protocols. Essential Skills  Should have a working understanding of Routing protocols like OSPF and BGP  Should have a clear understanding of TCP/UDP flows  Experience of working in a TAC/Support environment is a plus  Understanding of Security protocols and features is a plus  Understanding of various authentication models (AD/LDAP, SAML) is a plus  Should have good communication skills and the ability to drive calls with customers. Should be able to handle calls with the production customers while troubleshooting their network issues.  Prior experience of working with TAC environment will be a plus.  Strong skills in large-scale software design and development.  Versa Networks is a rapidly growing organization and is built by people with vast experience in networking industry.
