We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team in Trading Operations at Manager / Sr. Manager level
Job Description:
Ensure smooth BOD/EOD operations for all Institutional Trading Platforms (Vendor & In-house).
Support FIX Team in client onboarding and Go-Live processes.
Strong technical expertise in Vendor Trading Platforms – OMS (Omnesys, Greeksoft, uTrade, Kambala, etc.).
Deploy and monitor Trading Platforms & Infrastructure proactively.
Ideate and implement automation for day-to-day activities.
Ensure timely deployment of patches & version upgrades (Production & UAT).
Coordinate with vendors & internal teams on Trading Applications Infra & Network.
Knowledge of Exchange Approval Processes for Trading Products, including Algos.
Familiarity with Exchange Connectivity & Colo setup is a plus.
Desired Skills:
Strong expertise in Hardware, Software, Networking, and Cloud Computing .
Proficiency in Linux & Shell Scripting is a must.
Experience with Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix) & SQL is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical skills, communication, and teamwork .
Exposure to OMS Front-end is an added advantage.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (IT Background)
Experience: 5+ years in Capital Markets
