Vetic is transforming pet healthcare across the nation.Must Have’s :- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Education, or related field- 3-5 years of proven experience as a corporate trainer, communications trainer, or in L&D roles- Experience in customer service, healthcare, or industries preferred- Background in training customer-facing teams and business development professionalsYour Day :- Design and implement comprehensive communication training programs tailored for CX agents and business development professionals- Conduct workshops, seminars, and interactive training sessions focused on veterinary communication nuances- Create engaging training materials including videos, presentations, and assessment tools- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities- Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness- Project management skills for managing multiple training initiative Data analysis skills for interpreting training metrics and ROI
