Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional M.Tech graduate in Thermal Engineering or Design Engineering to join our
team as a Thermal Systems Design Engineer. This role offers a unique opportunity to be directly involved in designing and manufacturing next-generation heat recovery and heat pump systems that are transforming India's industrial landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop innovative thermal systems, including heat pumps and heat recovery solutions
Participate in the complete product development cycle from concept to manufacturing
Perform thermal calculations, system modeling, and optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing feasibility
Conduct thermal performance analysis and efficiency optimization
Support on-site system implementation and troubleshooting
Contribute to research and development of new thermal technologies
Required Qualifications
M.Tech in Thermal Engineering or Design Engineering (Fresh graduates welcome)
Strong fundamental understanding of:
Heat transfer principles
Thermodynamics
Refrigeration cycles
Fluid mechanics
Proficiency in thermal system design and analysis
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
