About the job At Onboard Aero Consultant (OAC), we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Performance Marketer to lead our digital growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing marketing strategies across platforms, optimizing campaigns for ROI, and driving measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage ad budgets efficiently, analyze campaign performance, and scale successful tactics to support brand visibility and revenue growth. If you are data-driven, innovative, and passionate about creating impactful digital campaigns, this role offers the perfect platform to showcase your expertise. What You'll Do: Own campaign's success end to end - creating strategy, strategizing content, briefing creative & tech team, budget planning and executing campaign. Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to increase sales and boost customer engagement. Own and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, X etc. Build high-converting funnels across diverse objectives (awareness, sales, leadgen, customer acquisition) Implement and manage tracking codes using tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), and platform pixels (Meta/TikTok) to ensure proper data attribution and measurement. Strategize & conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to drive performance improvements Perform competitor analysis to spot opportunities, refine strategies, and stay ahead in the market. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals. Weekly/Monthly reporting on the metrics and campaign performance with actionable insights by visualization dashboards Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing across Google, Meta, Linkedin and ecommerce focused platforms Proven track record of building and scaling high-ROAS campaigns across both eCommerce sales and lead generation. Excellent knowledge of marketing platforms including Google Ads, Keyword Planner, Merchant Center, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Microsoft Clarity etc. Prior experience in the fitness industry will be an added advantage. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with CRM software and Google Sheet.
