In our journey towards Digitally Viksit Bharat, We are looking for an experienced iOS Native Development Lead to join our team. As an iOS Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining iOS applications that provide a smooth and engaging user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to deliver high-quality, robust applications that align with business goals. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of guiding the team through the complete development lifecycle and contributing individually to app development.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Project Management: Lead a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications.
App Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable iOS applications.
Collaboration: Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing and functional testing, troubleshoot issues and perform debugging to improve app performance.
Continuous Improvement: Implement new technologies and continually refine development processes to enhance the app’s user experience and scalability.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of app architecture, features, and code to support collaborative development.
Stay Current: Stay updated with Apple’s new technologies, tools, and APIs to keep apps optimized and aligned with iOS platform advancements.
Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
8+ years in iOS App Development, with 2-3 years in a technical leadership role.
Demonstrated experience in developing and releasing multiple iOS apps on the Apple Store.
Technical Skills:
Languages: Proficiency in Swift (and Objective-C is a plus).
Frameworks & Tools: Experience with Xcode and iOS SDK.
Familiarity with UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, and Core Location.
Knowledge of SwiftUI and Combine is a plus.
Architecture Patterns: Strong understanding of MVC, MVVM, and VIPER patterns.
Networking: Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and JSON, using libraries like Alamofire.
Testing: Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (XCTest) and UI testing.
Version Control: Experience with Git and version control practices.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced iOS Components: Experience with Core Bluetooth, ARKit, Push Notifications, and In-App Purchases.
CI/CD Pipelines: Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery practices with tools like Jenkins, Bitrise, or Fastlane.
Experience with Dependency Injection: Familiarity with frameworks such as Swinject.
App Store Optimization: Knowledge of App Store Connect for managing app releases, updates, and user feedback.

Compensation:
Annual package between ₹25,00,000* and ₹40,00,000*, based on experience and qualifications and Interview.
Important Notes:
Notice Period: A minimum of four months, with a return contract to be signed.
Work Arrangement: Full-time, in-office role based in Baner, Pune.
Job Stability: Preference for candidates with consistent job tenure.
