Position Title: OT Security Specialist (Immediately) role

Experience Level: 5+ years

Duration: Full Time

Location: Pune, MH

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days


Primary skills: OT security / Network Segmentation

Secondary skills: Networking and Firewall


  • Providing expertise, leadership and support to the IT/IS business function, acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in security disciplines.
  • Take part in technical design reviews, integration, testing, and documentation activities concerning new IT and OT systems.
  • Represent Vacuum Technique business area was part of wider joint Group-wide OT Security initiatives.
  • Supports development of Manufacturing Cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and baselines.
  • IT OT Cybersecurity Advisor during OT System planning phase.
  • Leads/Participates IT OT Cybersecurity Design reviews.
  • Supports IT OT System Risk Assessment process.
  • Advises System Owners in selecting appropriate security measures to mitigate risk.
  • Supports the coordination process for IT OT Security Patch planning.
  • Coordination of IT OT services and activities delivered by Vendors.
  • Reviews Manufacturing Firewall Requests.
  • Performs the design and sustainment of OT Security Monitoring (IDS) at the Manufacturing Site.
  • Supports investigation after security incidents and develops suitable defence measures, evaluate system changes for security implications, and recommend enhancements.
  • Supports vulnerability management process in IT OT area.
  • Supports development of strategies to respond to and recover from a security breach in IT OT environment.
  • Technical support during the Incident Response process including steps to minimize the impact, conducting a technical and forensic investigation into how the breach happened and the extent of the damage.
  • Collaboration with the Manufacturing OT process representatives
