We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented SEO Associate to drive organic traffic growth for our senior lifestyle and SaaS product sites.



About the Role - This role involves hands-on management of SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with a specific focus on the US market. You will conduct keyword and competitor research, optimize YouTube content, and perform outreach for backlinks and HARO. Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams are essential for success in this role.



Responsibilities -



On-page SEO:

  • Optimize site structure, metadata, and content across senior lifestyle and SaaS product sites.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and market research to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Regularly update site content to align with SEO trends and google algorithm updates.


Off-page SEO:

  • Perform outreach to acquire high-quality backlinks, including HARO submissions.
  • Create and execute outreach campaigns to secure relevant, high-quality backlinks from credible sites (via tools such as instantly)
  • Engage in link-building initiatives, including partnership outreach and guest blogging.


Technical SEO:

  • Conduct audits to ensure optimal crawlability, indexing, and site speed.
  • Resolve technical issues impacting SEO performance, such as broken links, redirections, and mobile optimization.


YouTube SEO:

  • Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for YouTube to enhance video visibility and rankings.
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis specific to YouTube content.


Competitive Analysis:

  • Leverage insights from competitor research to capitalize on potential content gaps and keyword opportunities.



Qualifications -



  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in SEO, with a proven record of driving organic traffic growth.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and YouTube Analytics.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a detail-oriented and disciplined approach to managing projects.
  • Familiarity with the US market and understanding of consumer behavior specific to seniors and SaaS products
