This role is ideal for someone with strong financial acumen, deep understanding of operational flows, and the ability to drive efficiency and growth across teams.Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across sales, warehouse, and telecalling functions.- Manage and mentor team leads including Sales Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Telecallers.- Design and implement growth strategies (e.g., cross-selling and upselling initiatives).- Optimize operational flows, from order management to last-mile delivery.- Monitor financial metrics and ensure cost-effective operations.- Collaborate with leadership on long-term growth plans.Qualifications- Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier-1 college.- Strong background in operations and finance.- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.- Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Required Skills- Strong financial acumen.- Deep understanding of operational flows.- Ability to drive efficiency and growth.Preferred Skills- Experience in managing cross-functional teams.- Proven track record in designing growth strategies.Equal Opportunity StatementMulltiply is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
