We are Hiring: EM / Lead / Senior Engineers

We’re looking for engineering leaders with a proactive approach, an analytical mindset and a commitment to high-quality code. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented problem-solvers who can communicate effectively in English and are skilled in React Native and related tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem Solving : Proactively identify issues and anticipate edge cases, providing clean solutions.
  • Task Management : Break down complex challenges, maintaining consistent progress and updates.
  • Code Quality : Follow team coding standards, keeping the codebase organized and clutter-free.
  • Communication : Foster open communication, raising blockers only after thorough exploration.
  • User-Centric Solutions : Develop with user needs in mind, optimizing for an enhanced experience.
  • Agile Practices : Engage in Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
