This is an excellent opportunity for someoneinterested in pursuing a career in tax and accounting to gain hands-on experience and learnfrom seasoned professionals in the field.Key Responsibilities:● Assist in the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns.● Support the team in compiling US tax-related data and documentation.● Help with the analysis of financial statements and tax implications of varioustransactions.● Conduct research on US tax laws, regulations, and policies.● Participate in tax planning and compliance projects.● Assist in the preparation of US tax provision calculations and supporting schedules.● Help with the maintenance of US tax records and documentation.● Support the team with ad-hoc US tax-related tasks and projects as needed.Qualifications:● Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in US Accounting, US Finance, US Taxation,or a related field.● Strong academic performance with a focus on US tax and accounting courses.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).● Basic understanding of US tax concepts and principles.● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.● Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.● Effective written and verbal communication skills.● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Preferred Skills:● Familiarity with US tax preparation software● Prior internship or work experience in tax or accounting (preferred but not required
