Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Lead PMC - Schedulers to join a rejuvenation offshore project in the UAE. The role requires expertise in scheduling and planning for shutdown and turnaround projects, with preference given to candidates who have worked with organizations like Descon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard tools.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure schedules are adhered to while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize timelines and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular updates to the schedule, reflecting changes and ensuring accurate reporting to stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to track project milestones and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards during the planning and execution phases.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in scheduling for projects within the oil and gas sector.
  • Proven experience in shutdown and turnaround project scheduling is essential.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or similar software.
  • Previous experience with organizations like Descon is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Additional Details:

  • Salary: AED 12,000 per month
  • Mobilization Date: Immediate
