You’ll gain hands-on experience in building RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration systems, and MCP server infrastructure , while also contributing to core ML/DL model development . This is a rare opportunity to work on next-generation AI infrastructure with real-world applications.ResponsibilitiesWork with senior engineers to design, train, and validate ML/DL modelsBuild data pipelines : preprocessing, cleaning, and exploratory analysisContribute to projects in NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AIAssist in deploying and optimizing models for performance & scalabilityContribute to RAG pipeline design : embeddings, vector DBs, retrieval optimizationExperiment with multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, crewAI, Haystack)Support MCP server development for scalable agent–tool interactionsPerform fine-tuning of AI models using small batch sizes and optimization techniquesDocument experiments, present findings, and stay updated on the latest AI researchWhat You’ll BringPursuing / recently completed B.Tech, M.Tech, PhD , B.Sc, or M.Sc in CS, AI, Data Science, or related fieldsStrong programming skills in PythonFamiliarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.)Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)Understanding of statistics, data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems basicsNice to Have:Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, crewAI, or HaystackKnowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS)Projects in RAG pipelines, chatbots, or AI agentsExposure to Docker/Kubernetes and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)What We OfferStipend: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month (depending on skills & experience)MentorshipDirect exposure to RAG, MCP server development, and multi-agent orchestrationOpportunity to work on Generative AI & advanced model fine-tuningPublishing papers, patents, or open-source contributionsHybrid flexibility (Noida)Potential Placement Offer (PPO) based on performanceA fast-paced, innovation-driven startup cultureHow to ApplySend your resume + GitHub/Kaggle/portfolio link .Or DM us directly here on LinkedIn.You won’t just train models — you’ll help build the future of orchestrated, multi-agent AI systems powering real-world applications.
